For these photos, we used another loaned by Samy’s Camera. Thank you so much kind neighbors!

The Gathering Place is for just sitting around watching passersby, having a snack or a meal, work on the community garden, or just socializing.

Tony Warrecker has delivered another truckload of wood chips which need to be spread around The Gathering Place. (Our chore for Saturday morning- need wheelbarrows!)

Once the area is filled, we will set the redwood platforms for patio furniture (we need your old ones) and soon the Friday/Saturday evening performances/conversation groups will commence.

Come fall, we will decorate the place with pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns and for the winter holidays, we will light up the three oak trees and have our own tree-lighting ceremonies for the neighborhood and really CELEBRATE LIGHTS!.
